Bottom line
I made promises in 2011 – I’ve kept each one of them. I have represented the residents of Spotsylvania County to the best of my ability – and not anyone or anything else. If you haven’t followed my record, I would encourage you to research it, and you will see that the promises I made – who I am and what I said I stand for – were delivered.
These same promises will be delivered again if I am elected again to be your representative on the board of supervisors.
Why I’m running again:
My four years on the board of supervisors has taught me a lot. I ran in 2011 because I had taken a homeschool class on the U.S. Constitution which encouraged people at the end to not just complain if they were not happy in the direction our country was heading – but to get involved in local government – so that is what I did.
In being a member of Spotsylvania County’s board of supervisors for 3 1/2 years – and chairman for a year of that time – I can attest that the issues we all get so frustrated with at the national and state levels – happen locally as well – just a much lower level of expenditures. I would like to take what I’ve learned and use it to accomplish even more for the Citizens of Spotsylvania County over the next four years.
I have not taken campaign donations and will continue to not take them. I have done what I said I would do when elected in November of 2011 – Serve the Citizens of Spotsylvania County!
